Evaluation Rubric for Students

Evaluation Part I:

You should turn in your:

  • Tour of Europe Daily Progress Sheet
    • Each student will turn in a daily progress sheet.
    • You should have the teacher verify the accuracy of each question by obtaining the teacher's initials on a daily basis.
  • Brochure
  • Food item
    • Each pair will turn in a food item that is representative of your country's culture.
    • You will need to have enough of your food item so that you can share it with the class.
Evaluation Part II:

You will participate in a Tour of Europe Scavenger Hunt in class once all of the brochures have been turned in.

Evaluation Part III:

You will evaluate the unit question, "Is Europe a region of increasing unity or disunity?"

  • Meet with your partner
  • Discuss your opinion using facts to support your opinion
  • Use the Opinion - Proof to organize your ideas
Evaluation Part IV:

You will create a political cartoon that demonstrates your understanding of the unit question, "Is Europe a region of increasing unity or disunity?"
