Roots Odyssey by Romare BeardenThe Task

This LibraryQuest is your introduction to the Harlem Renaissance for both English and Social Studies. As you follow this quest you will complete a graphic organizer to keep your information and ideas organized. At the end of the unit you will be using everything you have learned, so it is very important to keep all your information organized.

You will take a virtual tour of Harlem in the 1920s in which you will explore samples of art, writing, and music from the Harlem Renaissance. You will also label important places on a map of Harlem.
